1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information

The information we collect from our users may include their personal information (email, IP addresses, product or service selections, etc.). We collect personal information of our users at several different points, including without limitations:

  • when we correspond with a user as a customer or prospective customer;

  • when a user visits our website or uses the Platform;

  • when a user registers as an end user of our services and creates an account;

  • when a user contacts our Customer Support team for help;

  • when our website sends us error reports and application analytics data.

Traffic Data

When a user visits our Platform, we automatically trace and collect the following categories of information: IP addresses; domain servers; types of computers, smartphones, tablets, and other devices accessing the Platform; web browsers used to access the Platform; and analytics data related to the use of mobile apps (if the user has enabled analytics in our Dashboard) — including, but not limited to, the duration of the user’s presence in the app, their actions, and features accessed (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Traffic Data”).

Traffic Data means anonymous information that does not personally identify a user but is helpful for marketing purposes or improving the user’s experience on our Platform. We also use cookies to provide content tailored to the user’s interests, to store their field inputs, choices of settings, and login data, so that they do not have to re-login each time they visit the Platform.

Location Data

Some applications that may be accessed through the Platform may ask to allow access to the user’s location data, particularly if the application is allowed to acess the user’s social media account(s) (Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram). It means that the application provider may learn the exact physical location of the user and contact them to offer their product in the given area. If you would like to disable this function, please do so in the given application.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Cyber Bricks may use the collected personal information to:

  • deliver the requested products and services;

  • manage the customer relationships and provide customer support;

  • carry out research and analysis of the use of or interest in content, products, or services pertaining to Cyber Bricks or offered by other companies;

  • communicate with the user about the products or services that may present interest to them;

  • create and show content and advertisements tailored to the user’s interests on our website and other websites;

  • verify the user’s eligibility for our promotions, contests, and sweepstakes;

  • deliver prizes awarded as the result of our promotions, contests, and sweepstakes;

  • manage our business;

  • enforce our Terms of Use;

  • perform other functions we describe at the time of collection;

  • sell or transfer the user’s personal information to third parties for any legally permitted purpose in our sole discretion.

3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We may share a user’s personal information with third parties through the following ways:

  • We may provide user information to the affiliated entities of our corporate group, as well as with vendors acting on our behalf. These can be service companies for hosting and maintenance, payment processing, analytics, virtual infrastructure, etc.;

  • Third-party contractors may access our databases. As a rule, such contractors conclude a standard confidentiality agreement with us;

  • We may share user data with any subsidiaries, joint ventures, parent companies, and other entities under joint management or third-party acquirers. We expect such entities to observe this Privacy Policy;

  • We may allow our potential acquirer or merger partner to access our databases, although we will restrict their use and disclosure of this data during the entire diligence period;

  • As may be required by law enforcement bodies, government officials, and other third parties pursuant to a court order or any other requirement or legal process applicable to our Company; or when we believe that the disclosure of a user’s personal information can prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report any suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our agreements or policies; and

  • When a user provides their consent for the disclosure.

Please note that the above-mentioned third parties may be located in other countries, where the laws on personal information processing may be less stringent than in your country.

4. SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Cyber Bricks uses industry-standard technologies while transferring and receiving data between our Company and other parties to ensure its security. This website has security measures in place to help protect information under our reasonable control from the risk of accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, change, or unauthorized disclosure or access. However, “perfect security” is unattainable on the Internet. If this website contains links to external resources, our Company shall not be responsible for their safety practices or content.

5. USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, WEB ANALYTICS, AND LINKS

Cookies

Most of our web pages use “cookies,” or text files we upload to our users’ computers to store their preferences. Web beacons may be used to deliver cookies that follow our cookie requirements.

Web Analytics

Cyber Bricks uses Google Analytics, a service for marketing analysis provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to let us track our users’ presence on our website. This way, we can improve their experience. Google’s ability to collect and share information via Google Analytics about users’ visits to the website is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. A user can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing them on return visits to the website by disabling cookies in their browser. If a user would prefer not to report data to Google Analytics, they can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Website Links

We may host links to other websites. Our users can expect us to link only to the websites that meet similar standards for an individual’s rights for privacy. However, many other websites that are outside our control may have links leading to Cyber Bricks. We cannot control these links, and we shall not be responsible for any content appearing on these websites. Since Cyber Bricks does not control the privacy policies of third parties, our users may be subject to the privacy practices of such third parties. We encourage our users to clarify the policies of third parties before disclosing any personal information to them.

App Links

Applications may host advertising links to other websites and apps. Such third-party platforms will have their own data collection practices and policies. Please review their privacy policies and provide personally identifying information with caution. We have no responsibility, control over, or access to the data collection practices and policies of such third-party websites and apps. You are using such websites and applications at your own risk and outside of the scope of this Privacy Policy. The provision of such advertisements is made on the “as Is” basis, with no endorsements or representations.

If for whatever reason the access is denied, we will explain why. We may charge a reasonable advance payment for copying and sending the information requested.

If a user wishes to have their personal information deleted from our records, we will do so on request unless we need to retain the information as a part of the provision of products and services to such a user.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
